Speaker: Amy Banocy, Phi-Penn State University Amy is a wife, mom of three boys, active volunteer in her community and a successful entrepreneur. After graduating from Penn State University, she began her career as an Account Manager for radio stations in the Greensboro, N.C. market. From there she moved to Washington, D.C., where she continued building a career in radio advertising sales. In 2004, Amy decided to leave the advertising industry and pursue other avenues. In late 2011, she found herself in a toxic work environment, and decided it was time to take things into her own hands by starting her own business. Over the past three years, Amy has built a thriving business as an Independent Consultant with Rodan+Fields. She tells us it is her passion for helping others, her authenticity and an unwavering belief in both herself and her company, which has led her to create a successful business, without ever feeling like a salesperson.
